Alpine Physician Partners equips physicians with the services, technology, and human capital resources tailored to the care of seniors and vulnerable populations.
With Alpine, physicians are supported by a community of peers who are leading the way in today’s changing healthcare environment. By playing an integral part in a larger population health effort, Alpine physicians become champions of healthcare transformation and are empowered to make an even greater impact on the lives of patients.
From better practice management for our physician partners to world-class care for their patients.
Our healthcare system is more complicated, more regulated, and more administratively burdensome than ever before. All the while, consumer expectations are rising and technological innovations are occurring at an exponential pace. All of these factors are creating a burden on physicians, who are spending more time in front of screens and on administrative tasks, and less and less time with their patients in the actual practice of medicine.
Alpine is here to solve the key access, quality, and cost challenges facing physicians. We have created a delivery model that utilizes a blend of human encounters and interdisciplinary collaboration, and provides a best-in-class administrative infrastructure powered by state-of-the-art technology designed by and for physicians.
It adds up to a holistic approach to meet the modern physician’s needs, which in turn ensures a holistic approach to patient care. Alpine’s full-circle model has proven instrumental in bringing the physician – and the patient – back to the joy of practice.
We have the experience and passion to be the leading growth platform for integrated, coordinated care for the Medicare and Medicare Advantage population.
